RATES:

• Apartment furnished 20,000 - Baht per month
• Unfurnished apartment 17,000 - Baht per month

Included per month in rent is...

• Flow and water to a monthly consumption of 1,000 - Baht
• Garden maintenance
• Regular pest control
• Disposal Garbage
• Connection of telephone, internet, television (not the usage)
• 1 box of drinking water per week

Deposit:

• 2 months rent
• Additional costs for maintenance and small repairs 1,500.- Baht per month

• Motorad rent approx. 100.- Baht / per day
